To enter, please write your full business plan as described in step 6 of the Ultimate Start up Guide and submit using the form provided.

The competition relies on the quality of your submission and so your entry will be judged only on the business plan submitted.

  1. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  2. The prize is as follows:
  • A strategic review of their business plan and recommendations
  • Support with setting up the business including agreeing legal structure and company registration as needed
  • A full day consultancy from Imbue Marketing to provide guidance on branding and marketing
  • One-year subscription to a cloud-based accounting service including initial company set up
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

  3. Two finalists will be chosen to present their business plan to the panel. One winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter to receive the prize.
  4. Those selected to present their business plan will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the opportunity to present to the panel.
  5. The promoter will contact the winner to arrange meetings as required to fulfil the prize.
  6. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
